Online Ordering Information

How to Order
Placing an online order with Sunnen is easy. Before you place your order, you will need to fill out the online New User Registration form and set up a password. This will provide you with easy access to online ordering for all your future transactions.

You may fill out the New User Registration form before placing your first order or at any point during your visit to our site by clicking Your Account located on every page on the left side navigation.

Registering on the Sunnen site will provide you with access to the following online benefits:

  • Parts Ordering
  • Literature Ordering
  • Order Tracking
  • Custom Product Requests

Parts Ordering
To order parts online, click Parts Ordering. You will need to complete the New User Registration at any point during your visit to our site.

  • Part Number Look-Up
    To place an order you will need to know the part number of the product you wish to buy. If you do not know the part number, look up the number using the two PDF catalogs provided. Once you have located the part number, enter it into the fields provided.
     
  • Entering Part Numbers
    Five product fields have been provided for parts ordering. If wish to order more than five parts, click "Add More Items".

Literature Ordering

  • From the Product Page Listings
    Literature can be added to the Shopping Cart from all the product pages by simply clicking the "Add to Cart" icon. To place your order, you will need to complete the New User Registration form.
     
  • From the Online Ordering Listing
    Additional literature may be added to the cart by browsing the complete listing of orderable literature by division in Literature Ordering.

Shopping Cart
The Shopping Cart page will list all the items you have placed in your Shopping Cart for your review before continuing to the check out. You may adjust the quantity of items ordered, "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to Checkout". If you are satisfied with your order, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Completing Your Order
Before you place your order, you will need to Sign In. Once you have signed in, the Shopping Cart page will display all the items in your Shopping Cart, ask you for payment options (for parts ordering only) and an alternate ship to address, if applicable.

Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Sunnen containing an Online Confirmation Number. To find out the status of your order at any time, submit the Order Status form or contact Customer Service at 1-800-388-1874, ext. 2511 or 2388.

Your Account

Credit Application
All new customers who wish to order parts will need to complete the Credit Application form located in the Customer Service section of our site. If you are ordering literature only, this form is not required.

If you would prefer to fax the form, you may download a printer friendly version of the Credit Application form in the Customer Service section or a Customer Service Representative will contact you after receipt of your parts order. (See Security for details on information safety.)

Edit Your Profile
If you wish to edit your online profile, click on Your Account and revise the "Edit Profile" form.

The privacy and security of all our customers is very important to us. All information provided to us via www.sunnen.com by you will not be shared with any party and is kept strictly confidential. Access to your accounts is private and secure.

  • Don't reveal your online password to anyone. If you think your password has been compromised, change it immediately online with the Edit Profile form or contact Customer Service.
  • Always sign off after completing your online order, especially if you share a computer with others. This is to ensure that others cannot access your account.
